Installation Prep
Upon contract execution, it takes about 4~6 weeks for hand-crafted production of the roaster. It is recommended that customers prepare for receiving and installing the product during this time.
It is important to understand the installation requirements prior to installing the machine. Please evaluate the installation requirements and make sure they are or can be met before you receive the product.

Please supply a single-phase 220V electricity with at least 3.5kW power capacity.
※ Please use a dedicated, independent 30A circuit breaker with proper ground connection to supply electricity to the machine.

Exhaust
Size of the exhaust duct shall be around 80mm, 100mm (With Smoke Filters, there must be 2 exhaust ducts, both fitted for 100mm)
※ You may need a pipe or space to connect to the exterior of the place for safe operation

Space Requirements
Please prepare a location with space clearance of at least 650 x 620 x 885 mm
※ If the machine is purchased with the smoke filter, at least 747 x 859 x 1410 mm clearance is required.
※ We recommend placing the roasting machine at a height where the operator can comfortably reach the hopper to load coffee.

Warranty Service Policy
Service Policy
The warranty period for Products shall end at whichever event is earliest: 12 months from installation; 1,000 roasts from first use by the original buyer; or 14 months after the date of shipment.
